Powering your AP17
To power the AP17 access point, connect an outdoor rated Cat5e or above Ethernet cable from the Ethernet port of the AP17 to a PoE port of an 802.3af-compliant PoE Injector. (Power over Ethernet (PoE) is a standard defining how to carry both power and data over an Ethernet cable.)

Get up and running in minutes with the Aruba Instant On Mobile App. The cloud-hosted web interface and mobile app make it easy to manage multiple Aruba Instant On access points deployed in your facility while keeping network access logins and security settings consistent.
